Wath Academy holds information about students and their parents/carers. It is vital that we hold up to date information so that letters and phone calls go to the right people and so that we can get in touch in case of an emergency.
Important – If you have responsibility for more than one student at Wath Academy you will need to submit a separate Change of Details Form for each child.
